All .ust and .mid files featured are public property! And serve only for saving and popularisation of a different songs purposes.

You can use, edit, distribute and re-destribute it without notifying and mentioning the creator or worrying about consequences. I lay down all responsibility for every work created with it, excluding mine. 

This verbal agreement concluded between us does not apply to accompanying files (ReadMe - hereinafter refers to the original document), links to file hosting services and, of course, objects of someone else's intellectual property (instrumental versions and lyrics).

But it will be flattering nonetheless if you'll credit my nickname, Пряник (or provide channel link!...) and simultaniously adhere to the framework of common sense while using; otherwise, please exclude references to me (this includes any past, present and future uses of the UST: in videos, re-uploads, mentions in SNS, etc.).

Presented sound recordings may contain third-party effects, available only through the use of audio editors.

If you're still doubt making a decision, I will give a few examples:

1. You are going to re-upload the file (already having it), checked if it is available on this site, but there's not even a mention; it means that I no longer want to be associated with it in any way. Feel free to distribute .ust and .mid, but please do not share ReadMe and do not mention me.

2. You are going to re-upload the file, but it has been updated and you do not have the desired version. In most cases, it will be lost, and only the newest possible is available according to the same rules.

3. Your content contradicts the UTAU terms of use (for example, Jinriki VB is used): you can both distribute files and mention the author.

4. You are going to use the file on the verge of social condemnation and/or a crime of the Criminal Code of the country which laws you obey (for example, use UTAU ISI*-chan or mention same-sex relationships without the ability to establish a clear age limit for accessing content). You can use and distribute every file you want, but please do not upload ReadMe or mention me under any circumstances.

5. For some reason, you need to contact me, and this is not possible. You can upload files, mention me, but refrain from publishing ReadMe.

6. The pleas above aren't binding, and the agreement, I think, is not totally legal, but it would be nice if we respect each other.
